• Good afternoon Lewis, I just wanted to write to you to thank you so much, first of all for selling us a product completely suited to our needs but second and most importantly of all your ongoing levels of service. It is very rare that I am provided with the exceptional and consistent levels of customer service that you have provided to Mercia Social Care.

    Not only are you always available to help, friendly and provide useful and accurate information but on many occasions I have felt you have ‘gone the extra mile’ by taking time out of your day to help with issues that are not necessarily in your remit. You are extremely responsive and come back to me immediately if I cannot speak to you at the time, even when I email I normally find you are ringing me straight away…which I very much appreciate! I also find you very personable, for example, a couple of weeks ago I mentioned to you I was buying a house which you then remembered and asked me how it was going. Another example of your great service and communication skills!

    You always exceed our expectations by far and I wish we dealt with more people like you!

  • Hi Lewis, Would just like to say a big thank you for all your help over the last month in getting our group set up with your online training, the system has worked brilliant with three of our homes for the last two years so it made sense to get all the other homes involved, its great to know that there is someone at the end of the phone who will help with any queries and that any requests from us has been dealt with immediately. Also having a group administrator who can monitor all the groups training activity is brilliant.

    I am sure this will bring our training costs down and also give all our staff access to more person centred training to suit each individual as well as all the mandatory requirements. Thanks again.
